We can design large format items such as posters and banners. These can be anywhere from 11 inches by 17 inches to 8 feet by 4 feet (or even bigger!) A popular poster choice includes a 19×25 version with your team photo and schedule. These can be put around school or around town. Large banners can be printed for your bigger donors to be placed around the stadium or down on the field.

By printing your media guide digitally we have the capability to print custom covers on the fly. These are very popular for senior night where we can print a separate cover for each senior on your team. We can also print a different cover for each home game, as well as changing out certain pages, such as highlight pages with action photos, for each home game. This helps increase sales by making each media guide unique.

A popular item for the start of school are calendars. These great sources of information can contain information and related photos for all school activities including sports, holidays, minimum days, school elections and meetings, important testing dates, assemblies and much more. Calendars can be sold to support the school in general or specific programs such as cheerleading, band, etc.

Another way we can help you is with your team’s photography. We have a photographer on staff who can take team, individual, group, and buddy shots for your media guide. Photo packages can also be made available to the parents for purchase. By having us handle your photography the files will be immediately available for your media guide. Due to the sheer size of teams and the necessity for portable bleachers, football is the only sport we do not photograph.
